OC – Operations Coordination

Charge: The Operations Coordination group meets to discuss the short- and long-term disposition of college operational items related to financial, academic, administrative, policy, workflow, climate, facilities, eLearning and other issues. This group considers academic, facilities, research, and administrative proposals and issues that have been submitted through one or more COE process pathway through a cross-college lens. This group considers finances, resources, personnel, existing activities, history, market research, and other values-based factors in consideration of each item and determines further action as needed.

Members: College of Education Dean, Administration, Finance, and Academic Operations.
