Charge: The FDC team discusses the professional needs for UO COE faculty related to the timely achievement of milestones necessary to achieve promotion according to their rank and level. This team uses aggregate and specific information from the review of recent promotional cases to determine the critical areas of focus for arranging annual faculty professional development and mentorship in the COE. The faculty development team reviews policy and consults with appropriate administrative resources to ensure that the appropriate mentorship and focus is achieved for both tenure track and career track faculty.

Membership: COE Dean, Faculty Development, Career and Clinical Faculty Development, Human Resources.
