FC – Finance Coordination

Charge: The FC group meets to discuss the financial health of the college writ large in the context of the network of various funding streams and financial obligations in the context of the COE budget. This is an internal facing meeting that evaluates and manages the impact of decisions that have already been finalized. Additionally, this meeting serves to forecast and evaluate trends and potential changes associated with hiring, academic changes, research and outreach supports, as well as university-level funding stream and facilities changes that impact college operations or workflow. Requests and suggestions that are believed to have financial impact must first go through one of the other coordination areas as appropriate.

Membership: COE Dean, Finance team.

Schedule: The FC meets monthly.
