HRC – Human Resources Coordination
Charge: The HRC group meets to discuss the implications and implementation strategies related to both existing and new personnel, policies, processes, and procedures. This includes proposals that arise at the individual, program, department/unit, college, or university level that are related to personnel planning. This group considers finances, resources, workflow, policy, practice, and other values-based factors in consideration of each item.
Membership: COE Dean, Human Resources, Finance, and Administration
Schedule: HRC meets monthly.
